How to restoration malfunctioning arrow keys without Scroll Lock

If your keyboard doesn`t have a Scroll Lock key, on your computer,

Go to Start=> All Programs=> Accessories =>Ease of Access, and then click On-Screen Keyboard.

When the on-screen keyboard appears on your screen, click on the scroll lock button.

What is the choice fix?

Whilst the scroll lock will hopefully solve your problem, it's well worth noting that the keyboard arrow keys may additionally have caught dust and want cleansing up to feature better.

Try to enable the sticky keys feature on your Windows computer by the Control Panel and Access Center.
